The following are various art pieces I did over the years, paintings, drawings, a few photos.

Sometimes I play with photos in apps. This was from a March in Annapolis, 2017, I think.

My daughter and I eating at the Eastport Kitchen right after it opened. I actually found the photo when I was doing a Google search. I liked it so I played with it.

I had a friend here in Annapolis named Emilio who died a number of years ago. The drawing below is not him, but it could be.

Newport Beach, CA. I loved the way he slept, impervious to everyone and everything, and the way the guy in the jacket was impervious to him... just watching the sea. There was a slight chop that day, some wind, a white bright sun, and in the distance that long southern California pier. I did the drawing with a Derwent pencil 5B on rough paper from a photo I snapped with a tiny Japanese digital camera before digital was everywhere.

In 2015, I did a series of paintings of girls, all acrylic on wood panels, most of them 5”x5”, 6”x6”….

“Girl on a Rail” Acrylic on wood. 5” x 5” Collection of Sarah Wellman. Part of the Young Girl series.

6”x6” acrylic on wood. The yearnings of teenage girls. Always the future out there. Getting ready, perhaps, to go meet it, but not quite ready yet.
